Job Summary
Fonoa Technologies Limited is looking for a skilled Sales Development Team Lead to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and prospecting within defined territories or industries. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs and best practices to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the SDR team.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and prospecting within defined territories or industries.
- Utilize various communication tools, including LinkedIn, phone communications, and emails, to educate and engage future customers effectively.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR with proven success, along with 1-2 years in a Team Lead or Manager role within a SaaS organization, specifically in the mid-market or enterprise segment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
