Job Overview

Unify is seeking an experienced Onboarding and Induction Administrator to join their team in Rushden, Cambridge, Leiston. As a key member of the operational team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the organization.

The ideal candidate will have previous working experience with high-volume data entry, knowledge of Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, flexibility to travel, and strong communication and organizational skills. They will also possess excellent problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate site induction processes, scheduling advance notice at least 48 hours ahead

* Collaborate closely with the Resourcing team to align new operators with roles that match their skills and project requirements

* Oversee multiple, detailed induction processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

* Support the team by handling administrative duties, enhancing productivity and workload balance
