Specialist Youth Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to support vulnerable young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a specialist school near Woking. The successful candidate will identify risks and needs, escalating where necessary, while building strong relationships with the students.
The role requires empathy and a willingness to take on challenges. Previous experience is advantageous, but not essential, as training, support, and CPD are provided to ensure the safeguarding of all students.
Salary: £80-100 per day
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm, term-time only
Benefits: On-site training, support, and CPD
Key Responsibilities- Support children and young people with SEMH needs
- Identify risks and needs, escalating where necessary
- Build strong relationships, empathetic and up for a challenge
Requirements: Recent Psychology or Criminology Graduate; Training, support, and CPD provided.
Start Date: As Soon As Possible.
