At Academics Ltd, we are seeking a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join our team in supporting vulnerable and at-risk young people.

The successful candidate will work with students aged 4-19, increasing their engagement, attainment, and life chances.

This role requires someone who is dedicated to building strong relationships with children and young people, being empathetic, and committed to providing consistency and support.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential, able to build confidence and motivation, and aware of mental health needs.

Salary: £90-£110 per day

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-4pm term time only

Location: Specialist school near Guildford
