We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mental Health Specialist Support worker at Academics Ltd, working in specialist schools near Woking and Guildford.

In this role, you will work closely with students who have a range of learning and behavioural needs, providing emotional support and guidance to help them overcome challenges.

Our schools provide a supportive environment for students with SEMH needs, Autism, and those requiring support with personal care, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic setting.

  • You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver tailored support plans, addressing the unique needs of each student.
  • As a Mental Health Specialist Support worker, you will play a crucial role in promoting resilience and well-being among students, helping them build confidence and achieve their full potential.
