As a Mental Health Graduate Mentor at Academics Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work with students aged 4-19 who require additional support due to Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students. You will also participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

We offer an estimated salary of £90-110 per day, paid term-time only. Our team provides excellent on-site training, support, and CPD to ensure the safeguarding of all students. If you are passionate about helping children and young people achieve their full potential, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

  • Working with students who require additional support due to SEMH needs
  • Developing strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations
  • Caring, compassionate, and a good listener
