Mental Health Support Role
About the JobWe are recruiting a skilled Mental Health Support Role to join our team at a specialist school near Woking.
Responsibilities- Support the well-being of young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to reduce the risk of students entering the criminal justice system.
- Be a positive role model, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
- Previous experience working with SEN children and/or adults is highly advantageous.
- Candidates with qualifications in Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling are encouraged to apply.
- Term-time only, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4pm.
- The estimated annual salary for this position is £74,000 - £93,200.
