We are looking for an exceptional Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking. As a leading provider of specialist mental health services, we offer a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role
  • Provide psychiatric care to patients on Kahlo ward, our 11-bed female mental health acute service.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Lead the implementation of risk assessment, risk management, and embed clinical governance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in adult psychiatry, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus benefits including 30 days annual leave entitlement, 5 days study leave, study budget, and in-house CPD/peer group programme.
