Learning Disabilities Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking, which provides secure mental health services for men and women.
The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to develop and improve the service quality. They will be responsible for producing outstanding written reports based on their nursing assessments and observations.
About the Role- Undertake comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications according to healthcare procedures and guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of the service by providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to make a real difference in the lives of patients. The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
