Mental Health Support Specialist

Established in Woking, a reputable specialist school is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Teaching Assistant to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying risks and needs, escalating when necessary, and providing consistent support to empower children and young people to feel safe, secure, and equipped to succeed in life.
This role requires an individual who can build strong relationships, provide emotional support, and work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure the well-being of students.
In exchange for their expertise, candidates can expect a competitive daily rate of £95, paid Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4 pm, during term-time only.
