Job Title: Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)

Cygnet Hospital Woking, rated 'Good' by the CQC, offers a range of secure mental health services for men and women and an Acute service. Our sister hospital provides high dependency inpatient rehabilitation services.

About the Role
  • Create comprehensive nursing reports based on assessments & observations
  • Work closely with management to develop services, audit, and improve quality
  • Participate in training and engage in professional development to enhance knowledge & promote best practices
  • Maintain care plans according to NMC guidelines, ensuring collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals
  • Administer medications as per healthcare procedures and guidelines
Compensation Package

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered along with flexible contracts including 22, 33, 38.5 or 44 hours per week.
