About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and friendly individual to join our retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working on the sales floor, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence
About You
