Job Summary:

Booth Ventures is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager in Training to join our team. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Sales and Profitability: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
