About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales growth and excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the management of stock, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the store's budget and ensure that financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate with the store's management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
