Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team at Yours Clothing. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize sales and individual customer purchases to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage with customers to deliver a first-class customer experience, building strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Operate the till and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Replenish stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist with deliveries and stock handling on a regular basis, working collaboratively with the team.
  • Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures, including health and safety protocols.
  • Take responsibility for personal development, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements

  • A warm, friendly, and engaging personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and a desire to succeed, with a strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
  • A proven ability to work well within a team, using initiative and adapting to frequent change.
  • Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a retail environment with a quality brand is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
