About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our sales hubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimize business outcomes.
  • Create and deliver engaging virtual tours of our sites and house plots to customers.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
  • Utilize technology to innovate and generate sales in diverse environmental and economic conditions.
  • Manage and implement new innovations to fulfill business targets on new home sales.
  • Ensure effective management of sales visits and pre-booked customer appointments.
  • Travel to all sites within the designated area to undertake pre-booked customer appointments.
  • Have a detailed knowledge of all Bovis Homes and Linden Homes sites and build progress to ensure each customer is given every opportunity to purchase a new home.
  • Proactively manage and follow the sales process with every customer.
  • Evaluate each sales process to achieve more effective, efficient, and profitable sales for the Company.
  • Proactively sell customer extras across all reservations to drive additional profit for the Company.
  • Ensure every customer contact is recorded on the relevant IT system and in line with GDPR.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role delivering under pressure.
  • Experience in generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent IT skills with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable using multi-channel forms of communication.
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing the sales process with customers.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills.
  • An interest in property and the housing market.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to be flexible in respect of day-to-day duties and hours worked.
  • Full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle.
  • Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A friendly, trustworthy, and professional attitude.
