Sales Executive Opportunity
Are you a driven sales professional seeking a new challenge? Pembrook Resourcing is currently looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their client's sales team.

The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, working closely with customers to understand their needs, and guiding them towards the most suitable product. Your day will include:

  1. Demonstrating the most suitable options to the customer, understanding, and adapting to their buying strategy, and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives.
  2. Agreeing the price and payment method and any finance arrangements with the customer directly, working within company guidelines.
  3. Participating in training and development opportunities to assist the Group in achieving its aims and objectives.
  4. Liaising with Sales Administration to ensure product availability fits with customer expectations, placing the order, updating customer records, and scheduling any complementary services/additional work to be completed on the vehicle before the delivery date.
  5. Ensuring that each delivery is followed up with a personal call to check the customer's satisfaction. Maintaining contact with customers to build relationships and future business.
  6. Planning and organizing your daily selling activity – for example, by telephoning sales prospects (previous/existing customers or general enquiries) to obtain new business.
  7. Collaborating with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.

Requirements:
* Ability to plan, organize self, and meet agreed work deadlines.
* Ability to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
* Strong work ethic and adaptability to change.
* Attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines to achieve business needs.
* Ability to react positively to organizational and market changes.
* PC, Microsoft, and web literacy.
