About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Travel Sales Consultant to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with customers face-to-face, online, and over the phone to provide quotations and sell holidays, day excursions, and cruises.
  • Provide associated administration to complete transactions, including processing bookings and managing customer data.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to manage customer interactions and sales processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Good level of computer skills, with experience using multiple systems and software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, with a day off in lieu during the week.
