Key Responsibilities:
Provide emotional support and guidance to young people during challenging times
Foster ambition and assist young people in achieving their goals and maximizing their potential
Offer support in educational pursuits and maintain accurate records
Empower young people to participate in decision-making about their lives and future
Act as an advocate in meetings and encourage community engagement

Requirements:
Minimum age requirement: 21 years old
Full UK driving license preferable
No prior experience necessary, only a commitment and passion for working with young people
Attendance at a 2-week training program required

2-3 shifts per week on a full time basis for an excellent work/life balance
