About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Ward Team in Halstead. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and proactive care planning.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe and effective care to patients with complex needs, working closely with medical practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure robust discharge plans are in place.

Contribute to a team approach to care, promoting multidisciplinary working and identifying opportunities for service and career development.
