Job Overview:

Club Med is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade and Meetings Coordinator to join their team in London. As a key member of the Trade and Meetings team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily tasks of the team, including indirect accounts management, group sales, and production for both leisure and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Trade and Meetings team on their daily tasks, including indirect accounts management, group sales, and production for both leisure and corporate events.
  • Assist in the development of the indirect booking platform (CMTA) and support marketing strategy to develop indirect sales.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify and develop group opportunities.
  • Support the production of all Meetings & Events groups/events, including filling in the Production portal, sending invoices, and following up on payments.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business and/or hospitality – Business School / Universities
  • Experience in sales and the hospitality industry
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, document preparation, and communication
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English and French
