About the Role:We are seeking a Business Growth Partner to join our Existing Business team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and maintenance of broker relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors and commercial BDMs to establish new trading relationships and broker opportunities.
- Proven experience in commercial insurance underwriting or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a national team.
Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
