About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth. Conduct market research to identify potential new customers, as well as assess trends and changes within the relevant industry. Strategically construct annual partnership plans with the goal of demonstrating additional value to our customer base.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams, and support Renewals Specialists' efforts.
  • Field Sales (B&C / Alts) – Partner with Account Executives to surround opportunities to retain renewal and increase Intralinks footprint.
Responsibilities

Develop, build and maintain existing relationships with key clients. Own the overall relationship with assigned banking clients across EMEA. Manage key contact relationships while leading renewal contract negotiations. Provide exceptional customer service while representing the Intralinks brand.

  • Navigate the Intralinks ecosystem to efficiently move negotiations across the finish line.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics.
Requirements
  • 5 + years of Software sales experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers of all levels, especially C-level.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience with SaaS / Financial Services Industry.
  • Track record for consistently exceeding daily, weekly and monthly activity metrics.
  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and driven.
