Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth and Partnerships Manager to join our business development team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow commercial insurance revenue through new partnerships and existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance industry, including brokers, insurers, and other partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have a proven track record of driving commercial growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
  • Be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
