Job Purpose

As the European Director of Business Development at Janus International Europe Ltd, you will play a key role in driving strategic growth of the Noké portfolio. Your focus will be on defining and implementing the commercial strategy for the Noké portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing partnerships that align with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the business development strategy for growth across European markets. Analyse and prioritize markets, identifying opportunities for expansion and new revenue streams.
  • Market Development: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders across various countries in Europe. Lead negotiations for high-value partnerships.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute business plans aimed at achieving sales targets and revenue growth in existing and new markets. Drive the sales strategy and lead the sales team to ensure performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Operational Support: Ensure the correct teams / processes and services are in place to support the Installation & Service of Noké projects across the UK and Europe.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team across different European regions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on business performance and market trends to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience
  • Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • Skills: Proven track record of leading business development and sales initiatives, achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience: Extensive Experience in business development, sales, or general management roles. In-depth understanding of European markets, regulations, and industry dynamics, with experience working across multiple countries in Europe.
