Sales and Marketing Manager
About the role
This is a proactive, hands-on Sales Manager role driving corporate business into a globally-branded contemporary lifestyle hotel in Southwest London.
The Sales Manager will drive sales across all market segments, with a focus on corporate transient and bedroom groups business, from across the local southwest London and Surrey markets, into the hotel.
Key responsibilities include managing relationships with key clients and agents, regular face-to-face appointments to source new business, and working closely with the General Manager, Regional Director of Sales, and wider brand sales team.
The ideal candidate will have hotel corporate sales experience, a proven track record of successful business development and account management, and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
What we are looking for
- Hotel corporate sales experience is essential.
- A proactive, driven, and commercially aware attitude is required.
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A full and clean driving licence and own car are preferred but not essential.
Package information
Up to £45,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
