Exciting Opportunity for a Pre-Construction Manager
This is a fantastic chance for an experienced candidate to join a growing, established, and market-leading company where you will work on a mixture of interesting projects, all whilst receiving full support on further technical development and clear progression to Director level.
The Role:
- Working on internal commercial projects
- Managing the Estimating and Design departments
- Based in their office in Twickenham
- Potential for occasional nationwide and European travel
- Great opportunity for further technical development and progression to Director
The Person:
- Proven pre-construction experience working on internal construction projects
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Commutable distance to their office in Twickenham
- Full UK driver's license
This is a really exciting opportunity for a Pre-Construction Manager to join an expanding, market-leading company, where you will be working on a mixture of interesting projects whilst having full support on further development and training, with a clear progression route to Director.

In this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities, including the day-to-day management of the Design and Estimating department in their Twickenham office.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with experience in pre-construction for internal construction projects, especially mezzanine floors, who also holds a full UK driver's license to travel to sites nationwide and across Europe when needed.
