Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our client's team in Twickenham. As a key member of the Design and Estimating department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring all pricing and designing are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Estimating and Design departments to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Proven experience in pre-construction or internal construction projects, especially mezzanine floors
- Strong communication and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Full UK driver's license to travel to sites across the UK and Europe as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
