Construction Project Manager

Contract: 6-Month Rolling
Rate: Circa £500 per day (Inside IR35)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in South West London. This role is crucial for managing and directing construction activities on water treatment sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all construction activities on water treatment sites, ensuring timely and within-budget project completion.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and site teams for seamless project execution.
- Supervise subcontractors and maintain high-quality standards.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on project progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, specifically on water treatment sites.
- Previous experience in a process-oriented industry, such as sewage treatment or similar.
- Valid CSCS card preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
