Job Purpose:

As the European Director of Noké Growth, you will be responsible for driving the strategic expansion of Noké across European markets. This involves defining and implementing a commercial strategy for the Noké portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy for growth across European markets.
  • Analyse and prioritize markets to identify opportunities for expansion and new revenue streams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure strategic goals are met, collaborating with marketing, product development, and operations.

Market Development:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders across various countries in Europe.
  • Lead negotiations for high-value partnerships.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine the go-to-market strategy.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute business plans aimed at achieving sales targets and revenue growth in existing and new markets.
  • Drive the sales strategy and lead the sales team to ensure performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue key accounts, developing tailored solutions for clients to maintain and develop long-term profitable relationships.
  • Ensure pre- and post-implementation customer support is delivered to a high standard to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction across the whole customer lifecycle.

Operational Support:

  • Ensure the correct teams, processes, and services are in place to support the installation and service of Noké projects across the UK and Europe.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team across different European regions.
  • Provide regular coaching, support, and performance management for team members to meet individual and collective goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on business performance and market trends to the executive leadership team.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and growth projections to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, legal frameworks, and business best practices across European regions.
