Job Description:

As a key member of the Janus International Europe Ltd team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of the Noké portfolio. This will involve defining and implementing a commercial strategy that identifies new business opportunities, builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, and develops partnerships that align with our objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or general management, with a deep understanding of technology trends, digital transformation, software, hardware, and emerging technologies. They will be able to provide regular coaching, support, and performance management for team members to meet individual and collective goals, while also monitoring, analysing, and reporting on business performance and market trends to the executive leadership team.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, with an MBA or other advanced degree being preferred. They will be able to ensure compliance with local regulations, legal frameworks, and business best practices across European regions, and will be responsible for preparing forecasts, budgets, and growth projections to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the sales strategy and lead the sales team to ensure performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
Identify and pursue key accounts, developing tailored solutions for clients to maintain and develop long term profitable relationships.
Ensure the pre and post implementation customer support is delivered to a high standard to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction across the whole customer lifecycle.
Ensure the correct teams / processes and services are in place to support the Installation & Service of Noké projects across the UK and Europe.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in business development, sales, or general management roles.
Strong knowledge of technology trends, digital transformation, software, hardware, and emerging technologies.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
