About the Role:




  • Defining long-term strategic commercial goals and objectives
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the local market
  • Negotiating and closing business deals with key stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our presence in the local area


Your Skills and Experience:




  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze complex business data to inform decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel within the local area as required
