We really are the people lynchpin, and often the emergency resource to keep the business moving and with over 24,000 casual workers and 130 permanent employees and strong HR team is required to provide support across the business.
We are looking for a HR Manager to support us in our continued growth, directly managing our team of HR Advisors this role will be responsible for overseeing all casual HR issues and working with the HR Business Partner on people related projects.
More about the role:This role will require travel to a variety of different venues across the UK but when not travelling can be done from home. This is a 5 in 7 role and will include some weekend work.
  • Manage and develop a team of HR Advisors to deliver comprehensive HR guidance and support on variable workforce relations and management
  • Support the HR Business Partner to develop and implement a strategic people plan
  • Work closely with regional teams to advisor on variable people management issues
  • Provide professional leadership, support, and development to HR team increasing knowledge, share best practice and ensure professional standards are met
  • Support with continuous learning and professional development opportunities for employees at all levels
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws within the UK and Ireland
  • Work with the HR Business Partner to identify local trends and work on plans to resolve issues, where required
  • Support with the preparation and presentation of HR reports
  • Support with HR activities with new business openings, supporting in country teams and ensuring regulatory compliance with the wider HR team
