Job Summary

This key position involves serving as the primary point of contact for international employees and managers, addressing a wide range of HR inquiries, and providing effective solutions. The successful candidate will possess expertise in international labor law, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Main Responsibilities:
  • HR Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to HR contact for international employees and managers, addressing HR inquiries and providing effective solutions.
  • Advisory Role: Advise management on labor and contractual issues in collaboration with external legal counsel, ensuring best practices across international locations.
  • Employment Documentation: Prepare and manage employment contracts, references, and other necessary documentation.
  • HR Projects: Lead HR projects focused on Compensation & Benefits, Target Management, and Performance Reviews, optimizing employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Implement and improve strategic, long-term HR initiatives to support sustainable growth, enhancing benefits programs, and advancing employee engagement across global locations.
  • Payroll Coordination: Act as the primary contact for external payroll providers outside the DACH region, ensuring seamless monthly payroll processes.
Requirements:
  • Passion for HR: A deep interest in HR and a degree in Business Administration or a relevant commercial qualification are essential.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience in a similar HR role, ideally with a focus on international employment.
  • International Labor Law Knowledge: Strong knowledge of international labor law is required.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proactive and strategic thinking, with an ability to implement HR processes and benefits that support our company's long-term goals.
  • Skillful Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills enable you to engage with stakeholders at all levels confidently.
  • Organizational Abilities: A structured approach and resilience help you manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and openness to learning new HR systems are a given.
Compensation Package:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
