Job Title: International HR Specialist

We are seeking an experienced International HR Specialist to join our team part-time (2 or 3 days a week) to provide HR support for our global operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR and be able to work effectively in a global environment.

About the Role:
  • HR Support:
    Provide HR support for our global operations, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services across the organization.
  • Employment Law Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple countries, providing guidance on contracts, labor standards, and workplace regulations.
  • HR Policy Development:
    Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect international best practices while adhering to local regulations.
  • Employee Relations:
    Manage and resolve escalations of employee relations cases with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Global Mobility:
    Oversee international assignments, visa applications, and relocations, ensuring smooth transitions for employees across borders.
About You:
  • You'll excel in this role if you have:
  • Proven experience in HR and a strong understanding of international employment laws.
  • Experience working in a global environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex HR issues.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools is a plus.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • 25 Days holiday (rising to 26 on one year anniversary then 27 on your second anniversary)
