Responsible for driving strategic growth of the Nokē through the definition and implementation of the commercial strategy for the Nokē portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing partnerships that align with our objectives, to achieve long term sustainable and profitable growth in the European markets.

Drive the sales strategy and lead the sales team to ensure performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
Identify and pursue key accounts, developing tailored solutions for clients to maintain and develop long term profitable relationships.
Ensure the pre and post implementation customer support is delivered to a high standard to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction across the whole customer lifecycle.
Ensure the correct teams / processes and services are in place to support the Installation & Service of Nokē projects across the UK and Europe.

Leadership & Team Management :
Provide regular coaching, support, and performance management for team members to meet individual and collective goals.
Reporting & Analysis :
Monitor, analyse, and report on business performance and market trends to the executive leadership team.
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and growth projections to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, legal frameworks, and business best practices across European regions.

Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.


Extensive Experience in business development, sales, or general management roles.
Strong knowledge of technology trends, digital transformation, software, hardware, and emerging technologies.
