Event Sales & Sponsorship:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive the success of our pan-European events, including Antwerp XL. As a key player in our sales team, you will play a crucial role in selling exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and event-related services to meet revenue targets.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
You will identify and qualify new business leads, targeting companies that align with the event's audience and objectives. Utilizing various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry research, you will build a robust sales pipeline.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
As a skilled negotiator, you will lead the negotiation of contracts with sponsors, exhibitors, and clients, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and contract delivery.
Collaboration & Market Analysis:
Working closely with event management, marketing, and operations teams, you will ensure client needs are met and aligned with event logistics and branding strategies. You will stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to better position the event within the market.
Sales Performance & Reporting:
Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets for event sponsorships, exhibit space, and registrations is essential. You will regularly track sales performance, generate reports, and present forecasts to management, utilizing CRM systems to manage client data, sales progress, and event pipelines.

Requirements:
Key requirements include a minimum of 1 year's successful outbound B2B telesales & face-to-face or similar sales experience, fluency in Dutch or Flemish (a high advantage), high standards of communication, good organizational skills, ability to hit deadlines, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
