Job Description: Supporting Young Adults with Complex Needs - Night Shifts

Unity Care Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced healthcare assistant to join our team on a night shift basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in care work, preferably with individuals with complex needs, and be able to provide high-quality support and care to our client.

About the Client:
Our client has severe quadriplegic cerebral palsy and requires 2:1 care for all hoisting activities. As a healthcare assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, manual handling, and other daily living tasks to ensure the client's comfort and well-being.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including paid holiday, flexible working schedule, Blue light card discounts, pension scheme, ongoing training opportunities, access to a wellness programme, and a refer a friend scheme (worth £150).

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a similar capacity, preferably with individuals with severe disabilities. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be willing to undergo further training as required.
