Job SummaryJob Title: Care Leader for Young Adults with Complex Needs

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership Role:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of two services, ensuring high-quality care delivery in line with regulatory standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalised care plans for younger adults with complex needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as CQC standards.
Team Management:
  • Supervise and support nursing and care teams, providing guidance, leadership, and professional development opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic care approaches.
Operational Management:
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively across both services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with legal and organisational policies.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin.
  • Nursing Home Manager experience is highly desirable.
  • We will also consider an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager ready for a step up in their career.
