Caring Team Leader for Young Adults

We are seeking a dedicated Caring Team Leader for Young Adults to join our team at IO Associates. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism & Complex Needs.
">As a Caring Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of support staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users. Your expertise in Positive Behaviour Support, Autism, and Learning Disability will enable you to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual's needs and preferences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of support staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual's needs
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless care and support
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other professionals to ensure that our service users receive the best possible care and support. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of our services.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be experienced in care provision and have a deep understanding of the needs of individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism & Complex Needs.
