Adult Nurse Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized care plans tailored to individual client needs
- Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
- Deliver nursing interventions, including medication management
- Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke care packages
Requirements:
- RGN with active NMC PIN
- Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
- Suitable for Band 5/6 nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
- Full UK driving license desirable but not essential
