Adult Nursing Manager Position Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Adult Nursing Manager to lead our team of professionals in delivering high-quality care to adults with complex needs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of client physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care

Requirements:
  • RGN with active NMC PIN
  • Up to date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Band 5 / Band 6 nursing experience with leadership and management skills
  • Full UK driving license desirable
