South Coast Nursing Homes, a family owned and managed care home company based in West Sussex, is seeking an experienced RGN or RMN to fill the role of Clinical Deputy Manager at Eastridge Manor, a Dementia and Nursing Home in Bolney near Haywards Heath.

Job Overview

This senior position involves coordinating the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the clinical and non-clinical teams, while also assisting with managing budgets and resources.

What We Are Looking For
  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
  • Experience working as a senior team member, specialising in dementia and nursing care for the elderly and frail
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a nursing home
  • Passion for delivering superior care and service

The estimated salary range for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
