Customer Service and Facilities Helpdesk Leader

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Facilities Helpdesk Manager to lead our helpdesk and reception team in providing exceptional customer service to our customers and internal departments.
As the Customer Service and Facilities Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, acting as one of the points of contact for our customers and employees.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a team and supervising staff within a facilities management or office service environment, excellent communication and organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Benefits include a competitive salary of £37,000 - £42,000 per annum and excellent benefits.
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire (CB22) - Fully Office-Based role.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Working Hours: 37 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the helpdesk and reception team in providing outstanding customer service.
- Act as one of the points of contact for our customers and employees.
- Supervise staff within a facilities management or office service environment.
- Develop and implement effective communication and organisational strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
