We are seeking a Technical Helpdesk Manager to join our IT team, responsible for delivering high-quality IT services and products. This role requires a highly skilled professional with technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Dynamics Business Central & ISAMS.
You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, develop training literature and materials, and report to business leaders and stakeholders. The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
