Estates and Facilities Team Member

We are seeking a skilled CAFM Assistant to join our Estates and Facilities team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be based at the Biomedical Campus, working 20 hours per week.
This role offers an hourly rate of £14.50ph - £15.45ph, including onsite parking, and a flexible schedule from 8am - 12pm, Monday to Friday.
The key duties of this position include:
- Being the primary point of contact for the facilities helpdesk
- Maintaining accurate records for PPM and reactive works
- Monitoring the status of job requests and work orders
- Creating work and purchase orders
- Supporting the Facilities Management team with administrative tasks
This temporary opportunity is suitable for individuals with experience in facilities administration and exposure to CMMS / CAFM Systems.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail.
Estimated salary: £29,600 - £31,100 per annum (pro rata for 20 hours per week).
