Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the machine tooling market. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the machine tooling market
- Negotiate variation prices effectively
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the machine tooling sector
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product line and its applications
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing our machine tooling solutions' value and benefits
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to senior management, using data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain customer relationship management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Sales Manager or similar role in machine tooling or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of machine tooling products and manufacturing processes is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and nurturing relationships
- Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office Suite
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
