Job Title: Global Finance Director

About the Role:

Windle Trust International is seeking a highly skilled Global Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of both our UK and overseas offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring financial sustainability and contributing to life-changing education programmes for refugees and conflict-affected communities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
* Oversee bookkeeping for our UK office and manage consolidated financial accounts from overseas offices
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all regions
* Lead the annual audit process

Requirements:

* Professional accounting qualification with significant experience in financial management
* Experience managing financial operations across multiple countries
* Experience with bookkeeping, particularly in small teams
* Strong knowledge of charity accounting, audit processes, and statutory requirements
* Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software
