Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, FP&A Consolidations and Modelling role is a critical position within Immunocore, requiring a skilled finance professional to lead the development and maintenance of the company's financial planning and analysis processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Modelling: Create and maintain comprehensive financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, to provide strategic insights for the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
- Global Consolidations: Manage and analyse financial data from across the organisation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
- Revenue Modelling: Develop and maintain revenue models by territory, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Reporting and Analysis: Deliver high-quality financial reports and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Treasury and Transfer Pricing: Manage cash flow forecasts, transfer pricing calculations, and Treasury reviews, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting and Process Improvement: Implement automated financial reporting processes, delivering cost centre level reports to business leaders and Finance Partners.
- M&A and Strategic Planning: Support the evaluation of business cases for M&A, divestment, and other large-scale business development deals.
- Control Framework: Ensure the effective application of Immunocore's financial control framework, including risk assessment, control activities, and training.
Requirements:
- Finance Experience: Proven finance systems and process analysis experience, with a focus on FP&A and financial modelling.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and analysis initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, technical modelling and system implementation expertise, and knowledge of ERP/accounting systems.
- Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualifications, with a focus on finance and industry experience.
