Financial Planning Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Planning Expert to join our team in Edmonton, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring financial stability and optimal returns.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, leveraging expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Requirements:
- A proven track record as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
